Flooded Condo in Brea, CA

The laundry room and kitchen of a condo in Brea, CA were affected by water damage coming from a faucet leak in the kitchen. The flooding had affected the customer's laminate flooring along with drywall and cabinets. In an effort to be able to dry the condo properly and keep the condo safe from mold growth and secondary damages, SERVPRO of Whittier had removed the non-salvageable materials such as the laminate flooring. We also removed the drywall in affected areas as well as cabinets. In the after picture you can see how SERVPRO of Whittier was then able to successfully dry the subfloor.
